The shop
We are family owned and operated, and we have served Upland, Claremont, Montclair, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Pomona, San Antonio Heights and surrounding areas in California from the same location since 1998.
Our ASE-certified technicians work with our service advisors to give you as many options as possible, and we aim to get your car right the first time at a reasonable price.

At Alonso's Auto Repair, we believe great automotive service starts with great people. Our experienced technicians and dedicated service advisors work together to provide clear communication, dependable repairs, and respectful customer care.

Owner and next generation
With more than 35 years in the automotive industry, Alonso brings hands-on knowledge and technical leadership to the shop. As an ASE Master Automotive Technician, he emphasizes accurate diagnostics, quality workmanship, and honest recommendations. He also shares his experience and business values with his son, Alex.
Alex is learning how to run the family business while helping with daily shop operations. Working alongside Alonso and the team, he is developing his understanding of customer service, shop management, and the values behind dependable automotive care.
Service advisors
Navy is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and helping customers understand their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs. He explains recommended services and works with the technical team to keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
Abraham strives to make automotive service straightforward and comfortable for customers. He helps communicate repair recommendations, answers questions, and coordinates with the technicians to support a smooth and professional service experience.
Technicians
Jorge brings more than 30 years of automotive repair experience, with a focus on heavy-line mechanical work and major mechanical repairs. His extensive hands-on knowledge and attention to detail contribute to the quality of our shop's work.
William is an ASE-certified technician with more than eight years of experience. His diagnostic work focuses on identifying automotive problems accurately and helping the team address the underlying cause of vehicle concerns.
Joel has more than 20 years of automotive repair experience, specializing in heavy-line mechanical work and major vehicle repairs. He contributes practical mechanical knowledge and a strong focus on careful workmanship.
Cesar brings more than 10 years of automotive experience in vehicle diagnostics, automotive electrical systems, and general mechanical repairs. His wide-ranging expertise helps the team tackle electrical concerns and everyday mechanical service needs.
