What we collect

What you send us. When you use a form on this site (a service request, a message, a fleet inquiry or a job application), we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email if you give it, your vehicle and your message. We use it to answer you and to take care of your car. It goes to the shop by email.

Calls and texts. If you call or text, your phone carrier handles the call or message as usual, and we see your number.

Booking. Our online scheduler is provided by SureCritic. When you book through it, the details you enter go to SureCritic and to us, under SureCritic's own privacy policy.

Cookies

Your cookie choice. This site stores one small setting in your browser to remember whether you chose Accept or Decline. It is not sent to anyone.

Advertising measurement cookies, only if you accept them. If you choose Accept on the cookie notice, the site loads advertising measurement tools from a social media platform. They set cookies in your browser and send that platform the pages you visit here, with your IP address and your browser and device details. We use them to see which of our ads on social media bring people to the shop. The platform handles that information under its own privacy policy and may use it to show you ads. If you choose Decline, or make no choice, those tools do not load and nothing is sent to the platform.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information for money. We do not put your details on a mailing list because you asked a question. We never ask for payment details on this site.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under California law, letting an advertising measurement tool see your visit counts as "sharing" personal information for advertising. You can turn it off here at any time. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends it.

Your California privacy rights
